My design fees cover consultation, concept development, sourcing logistics and project management, but not the cost of furnishings themselves. You will be asked to approve each item I select before purchasing, so that you always know exactly what you’re paying for.

For the Signature Makeover, most clients invest at least $4,000 per room (including furnishings and my design fee). However, I always do my best to work with any budget.

Major renovations, painting, or flooring installation — I focus on furnishings, layout, and styling.

Most projects move from concept to installation in 3–6 weeks, depending on sourcing and delivery timelines.

New items can sometimes be returned depending on the policy of the seller. Preloved items are generally final sale. If you change your mind after an item’s arrived, you can list it on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, but there is no guarantee that you’ll recoup the original purchase price.
